Meet Mikaela–
An integrative yoga and meditation teacher hailing from the picturesque town of Telluride, Colorado. Specializing in self-inquiry and mindful movement practices, she is renowned for her down-to-earth teaching style that empowers students on their journey of personal transformation. Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of disciplines including psychology, physiology, various yoga styles, and even sound therapy, she brings a unique and holistic approach to her classes. Having successfully managed retreat programs in the past, she now channels her expertise and passion into the innovative MIKA project, helping individuals achieve a healthier life balance through physical, mental, and emotional wellness practices.
